Refund Policy

Acceptance of Policy

By confirming and completing your purchase, you expressly agree to abide by the terms of this Refund Policy.

Bloomers reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on fresh flowers.

If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, you must notify Bloomers within 12 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence to support your claim. If the issue is found valid, we will gladly arrange a replacement of the same product.

No refunds or replacements will be issued in the following cases:


  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Recipient refusal to accept the order for any reason unrelated to product condition.

  • Refusal by the recipient to accept the delivery

  • Duplicate orders placed without technical error during checkout

  • Natural variations in flower shape, size, or colour that do not materially affect the overall appearance of the bouquet.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched, as flowers are perishable and arranged to order.

  • Delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, traffic conditions, or courier issues.

  • Failure to provide proof (photos/videos) of the reported issue within the stated time frame.


Substitution Policy

On rare occasions, specific flowers or wrapping materials may be unavailable. In such cases, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value and similar style, ensuring your bouquet maintains the intended aesthetic and sentiment.
